working principle
NP93420 series is the use of semiconductor piezoresistive effect and micro mechanical processing technology, in specific crystal monocrystalline silicon slice up, made of lithography, diffusion, and so on semiconductor technology - wheatstone bridge, form the sensitive diaphragm, when external force is produced, the resistivity changes, make the bridge arm resistance change (a bigger pair of smaller) in the excitation voltage signal output, Through computer temperature compensation, laser resistance adjustment, signal amplification and other processing methods and strict assembly detection, calibration and other processes, the pressure transmitter with standard output signal is produced.
